Chore.md is a free browser-native utility provided for personal and professional markdown editing. You are welcome to use the application at no cost. The application, layout, branding, and proprietary assets are the intellectual property of Chore.md and its creators.

2. Software Provided "As Is"

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

3. User Responsibility

As a local-first application, Chore.md executes entirely inside your browser sandbox. All file creations, folder mounts, and GitHub synchronization operations are executed directly by your client. You are solely responsible for ensuring the backup of your files, the security of your Personal Access Tokens, and the configuration of your development repositories.
